As a Senior Consultant you are responsible for the successful implementation of tools such as Asana and for training and advising our customers in their optimal use.

Your profile
What you’ll enjoy doing:
- Analyze and assess the current state of customer processes
- Implement the right workflows and set up customer environments
- Organize and lead customer workshops (virtual and on-site)
- Continuously support and advise customers
- Identify and realize optimization potential in existing workflows
- Confidently engage stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Enable organizational change and support customers with change-management activities
- Work with Sales and Marketing on acquiring new customers
- Think and act in a business-oriented way and contribute to the strategic development of our consulting and training programs
- Independently acquire and manage customer accounts
What makes you a great fit:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration with an IT focus (e.g. Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Economics) or comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of experience in process management, consulting, or software training
- Experience in operations or consulting, B2B software and strategic product positioning
- Experience delivering training sessions or workshops
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
- Strong customer orientation, initiative, and a collaborative mindset
- Optional: willingness to travel and work on-site with customers
- Comfortable working in flexible, dynamic team structures
